The meeting was advised that there is a problem with Knotweed in the ditch at Hartrow Close. Spraying is currently in progress.

AGM/New Chairman:.
Steve is to stand down as Chairman at the next AGM and he advised the meeting that there is an urgent need to identify a new Chairman. Without one the future of the Association will be in doubt.

Planning application Haines Hill:
Notice of a planning application has been received regarding Haines Hill.  Last year a previous application for the same site was withdrawn due to objections received.  The residents of Haines Hill have asked that the Association support them by submitting a letter of objection that prevent this one going ahead.  Steve will submit a letter on behalf of the Association.

Red Cross Site:
The Red Cross Site is now well under way however Mr Dawson advised the meeting that the building work is encroaching much closer to his boundary than the plans suggested that it should. The matter has been referred to the planning committee
