1. Apologies:

2. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and accepted.

3. Parking issues:

The issue of parking within the Wilton and Sherford area still causes concerns, the amendments to the parking arrangements have been welcomed, but fears were expressed that it had only pushed the problem elsewhere. In particular there are concerns regarding the potentially dangerous situation are the entrance to Haines Hill and Queens Drive.

4. Planning Issues

There have been cracks found in the buildings at the Blagdon Village development. Obviously this has caused concern and is to be investigated by the council.

5. Green Fest: The meeting was advised that the next Meeting of the Green Fest is to be held on 26th February at 7.30.

6. Treasurers Report.

The Treasurer reported that the Associations funds were in a reasonably healthy position with approximately £1400 in the bank and no expenditure outstanding.

7. A.O.B.

The Christmas newsletter was well received and Rob was thanked for his efforts.

The Christmas Carol services were also well appreciated. The service’s raised £552 and a letter of thanks has been received form Nick Taylor

 A donation of £50 has been made for the upkeep of the Wilton and Sherford Notice Board.
 
The Wellingtonia tree at Batts Park (destroyed by lighting) is scheduled to be replaced by the end of March.

Sherford Bridge Farm:

The commercial use of property at Sherford Bridge is causing concern because of its effect on the flood plane and other environmental issues.

The meeting ended at 9.30 pm
