Summer Event

Steven outlined the event so far with various members agreeing to take on tasks to help complete the event.

Public Meeting

Steven advised the committee that a public meeting had been arranged with the police for September 22nd and that we had secured Assistant Chief Constable Steve Mortimer and Local Beat Officer Nick Stone to talk about Crime & Disorder in Wilton & Sherford.  This is to try and get people out of their houses and help find a new chairman whilst raising peoples awareness of their part to play in keeping our community safer.

Steve advised that he wanted to have the next Newsletter ready for the meeting on 22nd of August to promote the events in September

Funding.

Steve advised that he had not been able to make contact again with the man concerned.
