The previous minutes were reviewed and agreed, the apologies were duly accepted.

Princess Margaret's Development:

This was discussed and the Association were advised that the development was now underway and the plans are available on the 
Taunton Deane Web site.

Tree surgeons have been involved with the cutting of the trees on the site which has caused some concerns, their advice has been 
considered.  Albeit some tree removal does seem inevitable.
    
Quiz Night:

The next quiz night was scheduled for 19th November, Steve to ask the questions, Debbie to collate the answers.  Prizes to be donated 
by the committee.

Use of Orchard House:

The planning permission for change of use to Orchard House was discussed.

The Wilton Crisis document was reviewed and whilst the Association had sympathy with the concerns it was felt that the use of the 
residence for the disadvantaged was acceptable but any escalation to rehabilitation of others e.g. drug users etc. would be unacceptable.

There were concerns raised regarding the disparity regarding a similar planning application made for a property in Milverton.  It was felt 
that 'fine tuning' had allowed the Orchard House application to be passed were as the Milverton one had been opposed.

Finances:

Debbie advised the meeting that the cash in hand in the bank was £1520.00

Expenditures anticipated were £200 for event insurance in the forthcoming period and approximately £50.00 for the Easter and Summer 
events.  It is anticipated that an extra £300.00 would be needed for incidence expenses.

The activities of the Church running upto Christmas were reviewed and it was agreed the Association would assist where possible.  
It was agreed to discuss this further at the next meeting.
