The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and agreed, apologies were accepted.


AGM Review

The AGM was reviewed and it was considered to have been a good meeting although the number of people attending was a little 
disappointing. The fact that the meeting was held on Saturday evening was thought to have contributed to this but the hall's availability 
makes it difficult to hold the AGM on another day. It was agreed to review the situation during the forthcoming year.

The possibility of using Wilton Hall was raised and it was agreed that this should be 
Investigated..

The parking arrangements in the area were discussed and it was agreed that the improvements proposed would bring benefits the 
extent of which should be judged on there merits when implemented.

Quiz Night

It was suggested that the 12th of November would be a good date for the next quiz night.

It was suggested that this should be advertised in the publications of the Taunton Gazette, Star and Times.

Bring and Buy Sale  

The meeting considered that consideration should be given to organizing a bring and buy sale close to Christmas to help raise funds 
for the association. Steve advised that we had been invited to take part in a Carol Service with the Church via Jenny and it was agreed 
that we could pursue this with the Bring and Buy in mind.

Community Survey Results

These have now been made available on the Associations Web Site.
