The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and agreed, apologies were accepted.

Summer Event:
The arrangements for the summer event were finalized.

All involved were aware of there respective responsibilities and were happy with the arrangements. 

In the event of bad weather on the day it was agreed that the fall back position would be that the Church Hall would be used as an 
alternative venue, albeit some of the activities would have to be curtailed.

AOB 

Annual Award
It was agreed that The Annual Award should be presented at the AGM but the decision on whom to present it to was still under 
consideration..

AGM
The AGM was confirmed as being scheduled to take place on Saturday 24th September. It was thought that Saturday was not the best day 
for the AGM but availability of the Hall was a driving factor.  

Quiz Nights
Discussion raised the point that Saturdays would be a good night for quiz nights and the prospect of the availability of the Churchill Way 
Hall was raised. Alan W agreed to investigate. 

School Catchment Areas
Subject to decision at last months meeting it has been established that there are no changes currently planned.

Community Survey

The main issues appear to be parking, and Bus Services. Andy Hall will give a more comprehensive feedback at the AGM.
